Coaching
Mindfulness & self care coaching, because parenting is hard. You deserve more energy, celebration & clarity. More balance, more self-belief, more YOU. Together we’ll find real, sustainable ways for you to get your needs back on the to-do list, and keep them there.
Community
Practical, interactive, group sessions. I come to you - home, school or workplace - either in person (London W4) or online - to tackle topics ranging from ‘How to Pause’, ‘Mindfulness post COVID’, ‘Self Care for Real Life’ and ‘Family Exam De-Stress’.
